Miiverse Adds a Touch of Survival Horror Humor to Resident Evil: Revelations

The Wii U edition of Resident Evil: Revelations is going to offer some neat bonus features you won’t find on the other consoles (or PC). In addition to standard platform-specific features like Off TV play, map and weapon management from the GamePad touch screen, and the option to switch out the GamePad for the pro controller, Revelations will utilize Miiverse for some goofball fun.

Using a feature called Creatures Voice, players will be able to taunt their friends during Raid Mode by personalizing speech and thought bubbles springing from the infected minds of attacking T-Abyss monstrosities. Because even monsters need a warm hug and a tender kiss every now and again.

Through Miiverse, players will also be able to write personalized death messages for other players around the world to see when the Game Over screen comes a-calling.

System selling features? No, not really. But good for a laugh? You bet!
