Mortal Kombat 3 Released, Pulled from Xbox Live Arcade

Mortal Kombat 3According to the forums over at Achieve360Points.com, for about 5 to 10 minutes this evening, Mortal Kombat 3 was available to download and purchase. Those lucky enough to be online searching for new downloadable content when this occurred were able to buy the complete game for 800 Microsoft Points ($10). And although those players have access to the complete single player mode, currently the game disconnects users from Xbox Live, effectively prohibiting any type of online play.

The folks over at Achieve360Points were able to snag all of the achievements for the game. Take a look below. Could this mean that some Mortal Kombat is on the horizon for us 360 gamers next week?

Update: As of 1am Saturday morning, MK3 was “officially” released to the masses. Unfortunately some players are still not able to find the title to download, and it is also still booting players off of Xbox Live once starting the game.
