You know Nintendo is never shy about re-releasing hardware in spiffy new colors, and just in time for the holiday season the house that Mario built is back with freshly recolored models of the DSi and Wii controllers.

Beginning September 13th, Nintendo will offer the DSi in fashionable Pink and White-colored models, both at the standard DSi price of $170. Then, later on in the holiday season new Black models of the Wii Remote, Wii MotionPlus and Nunchuk will go on sale — the remote and MotionPlus packaged together in a bundle, the Nunchuk sold separately. No specific release date for the black controllers has been announced at this time.
