New Teaser Sets October 4th as The Darkness II’s Launch Date

The debut trailer for The Darkness II has been revealed today, a short teaser starring Nolan North, as mobster protagonist Jackie Estacado, sounding a bit too much like Nathan Drake with a fake New York accent.

As the teaser indicates at the end, The Darkness II will emerge from the shadows and unleash quad-wielding FPS vengeance on October 4th (October 7th internationally) for PC, PS3 and Xbox 360. Watch the trailer, then check underneath for a peek at the final box artwork and a pair of new screenshots showing off the game’s new “hand-painted graphic noir” art style.
