Ninja Theory’s Devil May Cry Slated for January Launch

Ninja Theory’s controversial-for-reasons-I-still-don’t-get collaborative take on the Devil May Cry franchise won’t be out in 2012 as many (yours truly included) had hoped for. DmC: Devil May Cry won’t be missing 2012 by much, though, as Capcom has scheduled the game to launch in North America and Europe on January 15, 2013 for PS3 and Xbox 360. Also in development, a Windows PC version will ship later next year.

When the game hits, young Dante will have a new female companion tagging along as his guide through the demon realm known as Limbo. Kat, as seen in the new screenshots on this page, is a young runaway turned expert medium and psychic working as the “eyes and ears” for a group called The Order.
