OK, here it is, folks. The news EVERYONE has been waiting for: Nintendo will launch its new 3D portable gaming system on March 27th in the U.S. priced at $249.99, with Cosmo Black and Aqua Blue color options to choose from. I haven’t seen a specific list of launch-day games yet, but Nintendo is saying that over 30 first- and third-party games will be available by early June. Will be posting more later in the day, but just wanted to make sure you got the most important news first. Back soon!

Any first thoughts about the price point or other 3DS details you’ve heard about?
