Put down those newspapers, DS owners. Now you can enjoy over a thousand crossword puzzles right in the palm of your hand with today’s retail launch of Crosswords DS. But that’s not all. Despite the game’s title, it’s got a whole lot more to offer than just crossword puzzles. Oh no, it’s got hundreds of wordsearches and anagrams too! Crosswords DS is also the latest entry in Nintendo’s Touch Generations line of casual brain/puzzle games, so all these puzzles will only set you back a mere twenty bucks.

“Crosswords DS brings crossword puzzles into the 21st century in a way that’s accessible to everyone,” said Cammie Dunaway, Nintendo of America’s executive vice president of Sales & Marketing. “And because Nintendo DS is so light and portable, you can play it anywhere at any time.”
