Nintendo Ships the Mario & Luigi 3DS XL Bundle of Your Dreams

Nintendo’s gone completely bundle crazy this holiday season. Between the cobalt blue 3DS with Luigi’s Mansion: Dark Moon, the New Super Mario Bros. U and New Super Luigi U Wii U Deluxe Set and the Wii U Basic set with Skylanders: SWAP Force, the golden 3DS XL with The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds, and the special edition Wii U Deluxe with The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker HD, you’d think Nintendo would be ready to call it a year and sit back while all these bundles print money for the Big N. Not so fast!

This week, Nintendo continues the ‘Year of Luigi’ celebration with the immediate launch of a new $200 3DS XL bundle featuring a digital copy of Mario & Luigi: Dream Team pre-installed on a silver-colored 3DS XL system emblazoned with a graphic of Luigi chasing after his leaping brother, Mario. Now that’s one dreamy 3DS XL.

For anyone who missed its released over the summer, Mario & Luigi: Dream Team turns in another fine chapter in the Mario & Luigi action-RPG series. You can read up on our full review here.
