Nintendo Wii U Launches November 18th Starting at $300

In a special preview event live streaming online right now, Nintendo has confirmed the two most important details gamers have been wanting to know about the upcoming Wii U console: when’s it coming out and how much is it going to cost?

Now we have the answers. In North America, Wii U will launch November 18th in two bundles. The Basic Set will retail for $299.99. The Deluxe Set will cost $349.99.

The Basic Set comes with an 8GB Wii U console, a Wii U GamePad, AC adapters, an HDMI cable, and a Wii U sensor bar. All contents come in a matching white color scheme.

The Deluxe Set comes with a 32GB Wii U console, Wii U GamePad, AC adapters, an HDMI cable, a Wii U sensor bar, a GamePad Charging Cradle, console and GamePad stands, a copy of launch title Nintendo Land, and access to some sort of digital download program. All contents come in a matching black color scheme.
