Nintendo’s Q2 Lineup Includes Ocarina of Time 3D, Mystery Case Files and More Wii Play

Over the next three months, Nintendo is promising over 50 new games for the company’s current family of consoles — the 3DS, DS and Wii. Of that number, Nintendo’s first-party headliners are Wii Play: Motion and Mystery Case Files: Dust to Dust for the Wii and The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D for the 3DS.

All three titles are launching in June, beginning on June 13th with Wii Play: Motion, a new collection of 12 mini-game challenges which will ship in a bundle with the Wii Remote Plus controller.

Next up will be the long-awaited release of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D which is set to bring Link’s fabled N64 adventure to the 3DS on June 19th, complete with enhanced graphics, a new touch-screen interface, new motion control elements, and a remastered version of Master Quest.

And last but not least, Mystery Case Files: Dust to Dust brings Big Fish Games’ popular hidden object series to the Wii for the first time on June 27th.

On the third-party front, notable upcoming releases include Conduit 2 for Wii and a promising run of 3DS games, such as BlazBlue: Continuum Shift II, Dream Trigger 3D, Cave Story 3D, Dead or Alive: Dimensions and more. Sadly, it looks like the DS is fading into oblivion faster than expected, with Duke Nukem: Critical Mass (if it actually comes out this time) the lone game of interest amongst a sea of licensed shovelware.
