a lot of rc’s don’t start cause the batteries don’t sit right. sometimes you have to jiggle them or take them out and put them back in to get it to work. same with the controller. i’ve heard all the halo rc products break fast. the gears break and then you hear the motor reving but no movement.

my sons rc caught on fire christmas day. i am so upset it is unreal. something went wrong with the battery pack. thank god we were all ok. still trying to find out who i need to inform of the problem.

my son got the warthog rc for his birthday the other day and it makes grinding noises, took it back and got another one and that halo warthog does the same thing, all these stink, cheaply make

In reply to Justin. My only suggestion would be to check the instructions to make sure you have it set up right or return it for a new one, if you think it's defective and you still have the receipt. From afar, those seem to be the only options. Sorry it's not working for you :(

My son worked hard to buy the Arctic Warthig and on the first night broke the Spartan Mark VI. Does anyone one know where he can get a replacement?
