One Look at Broforce Will Put Hair on Your Chest

Broforce

Broforce! Broforce! BROFORCE! YEEEEEAAAAWWWWWW!!!!!

Sorry about that. After watching the new trailer for Broforce my testosterone is spiking and I have the uncontrollable urge to yell at the top of my lungs in a deep, manly voice. I think I may have even grown a third testicle. I’m afraid to check.

Devolver Digital has broed up with indie developer Free Lives to put the brotacular, bromazing, brombastic 2D run-and-gun shooter, Broforce, on Steam Early Access in early March, with a full release on PC and consoles planned for the summer. If you can’t wait that long to get your bro-boner stroked, the beta is currently available for $15 at the Humble Store. Or you can play the free Unity web player ‘Brototype’ in your browser.

Broforce is a retro action game inspired by the Hollywood action heroes of the 80s and 90s, only with new bro names like Rambro, Brominator, Brobocop, Bro Hard, and Brommando. Newcomers to this Expendables-like paramilitary squad, as introduced in this month’s update trailer, include Bronan and Brochete. Also new are online multiplayer modes, a level editor, mega bosses, killer bees, exploding coconuts, tactical swine, and motherfucking zip lines.

Come get your bro on, bros. Because this is Broforce! Broforce! BROFORCE!
