Party Hard 2 is Throwing a Harder Party Than Party Hard

Everyone’s favorite stealth strategy serial killer simulator is back for another shindig of murder bloody murder. Party Hard 2, out this summer on PC, introduces a new killer who starts his murder spree at a corporate party after not receiving his Christmas bonus. Also new for the sequel is a completely overhauled game engine, featuring 3D environments with real-time physics and shading to go along with 2D character models, amplifying the visual fidelity while still maintaining some of that pixel art charm.

Alpha registration has opened at the game’s official website, for anyone interested in signing up for an invite to the playtesting parties to be held leading up to the full release. Also check out my indie quickie impressions of the original game for more on the series’ style of play.
