Path of Exile Making Console Debut Exclusively on Xbox One

After more than three successful years on PC, Grinding Gear Games is finally bringing its Diablo inspired free-to-play ARPG Path of Exile to console audiences. Or I guess I should say audience, as the console version, at least for now, is set to launch in 2017 exclusively on Xbox One.

Path of Exile on Xbox One will contain all five expansions that have been released since the game’s debut in 2013, plus all of the new content planned for the upcoming 3.0.0 expansion that’s also due out on PC this year. Grinding Gear has already been hard at work for over a year now, adapting and optimizing the keyboard and mouse interface to Xbox One play. A specific release date has not yet been set, but a trailer has been revealed so you can get an early peek at what the game looks like on a console.
