Now is a good time to swing by the Persona PSP official website, SMT fans, as Atlus has just uploaded a ton of new content. Updated content includes three character profiles for Maki, Mark and “Protagonist” with accompanying intro clips, two cut-scene videos in the site’s “Story” section, two videos in the “System” section previewing the game’s zippier battle options and added Snow Queen Quest, and two more sample songs from the 2-CD soundtrack that’ll come bundled in with all launch copies of the game when it ships on September 22nd.

Shin Megami Tensei: Persona is a true remake of the original PS1 JRPG classic, not just a simple port. The remastered PSP edition will feature new music, new story sequences, the aforementioned Snow Queen Quest which was not in the original’s US release, 16:9 aspect ratio, a revamped interface, a pepped up battle system optimized for “on-the-go” play, and an all-new localization like only Atlus can deliver.
