NIS America sent out a new newsletter issue early this morning with some exciting news. Alongside hyping this week’s retail launch of Prinny: Can I Really Be the Hero? on PSP, NIS has announced that a remixed Wii port of cult favorite PS2 strategy-RPG Phantom Brave is on its way to US shores in June.

Phantom Brave: We Meet Again (thankfully they didn’t go with the pun title “Wii Meet Again”) carries over all original content from the 2004 PS2 game and expands the experience with extra story chapters, a redesigned interface, updated visuals and new characters, skills and items. The Wii has been in dire need of more RPG support, so Phantom Brave should fit in nicely.
