Sony Computer Entertainment America just announced that it has partnered up with YouTube to launch a dedicated PlayStation channel with the world-famous online video community site. Launching today with over 50 videos, the PlayStation YouTube channel, located at www.youtube.com/playstation, will be the new hub for all the latest trailers, gameplay clips, interviews and other video features from the world of PlayStation.

Currently you can subscribe for updates and customize personal video playlists, but the channel will continue to evolve to showcase video contests and even allow for the sharing of user-generated content, beginning with the launch of a dedicated LittleBigPlanet channel in November. The channel also provides easy access to other PlayStation community locales including PlayStation.com, the official PlayStation blog, and the PlayStation forums. So if you are a PlayStation fan in any capacity, bookmark the PlayStation YouTube channel right this instant and make it a daily visit from this day forward.
