Prinny PSP Game Gets Premium Box Set, Dood!

NIS America’s latest newsletter came in over the weekend and the headliner was the announcement that Prinny: Can I Really Be the Hero? will retail as a premium box set at the standard $39.99 price. Included in the premium box set will be the game, a soundtrack CD and a Prinny comic page by Penny Arcade.

The RosenQueen store has also now begun taking pre-orders for the game in anticipation of its February 17th ship date, in conjunction to offering two exclusive limited edition bonus packs. The “Hero to the Rescue Set” will come with the premium box set contents in addition to a soft blue PSP pounch and a Prinny plushie for $64.99, and the “Ultra Dessert Set” will come will all that good stuff plus the Disgaea Graphic Novel for five bucks more at $69.99. Those two limited edition sets really are limited too. Only 1000 units of each will be available. Of course, the PSP pouch, Prinny plushie and Disgaea novel are also being solid separately for $12, $15 and $10 respectively. So if push comes to shove you can always make your own collector’s edition at a reasonable expense.
