Project Offset Still Exists, New Website and Videos Emerge!

Remember Project Offset? I can’t blame you if you don’t. It’s been something like four or five years now since the “game” was unveiled and it’s really only ever been shown in tech demos, aside from that leaked gameplay video a couple years ago. Well, the ambitious codenamed first-person fantasy shooter reemerged this week during the Game Developers Conference in the form of a new official website and a pair of new videos. Disappointingly, the videos are, like always, mere tech demos — one a gorgeous sequence of a meteor shower destroying some ancient pillars, the other a look at the Offset Editor toolset — but it’s at least good to see that the project is still humming along.
