PlayStation gamers are in for one hell of a nostalgia trip when Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes launches in Spring 2014.

Exclusively on PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4, Ground Zeroes will feature a throwback bonus mission titled “Déjà Vu.” The mission will recreate events from the Shadow Moses incident of the original Metal Gear Solid, only within the new setting of Camp Omega.

Big Boss’ grungy and beardy next-gen model will also be replaced by the original PlayStation 1 Solid Snake, like an HD skin of the old pixelated, low-poly model. He’ll still have Kiefer Sutherland’s voiceover, though, which may further upset fans who are already angry over the change in voice actor.

Additional details–I’m curious to know how long this mission will last–have not been announced at this time, but as soon as Konami or Kojima Productions kick over more information we’ll let you know about it.
