PSP Skype Launches This Week

Over at PlayStation.Blog this evening, official word has been posted that PSP firmware version 3.90 is scheduled to launch this week, bringing with it the introduction of the Skype service that was announced was on the way earlier this month during CES. Of course, if you don’t have a PSP-2000, you’re out of luck on this one. But if you do have a slim model and are itching to use it for some free mobile voice chatting, be sure to drop by the PlayStation.Blog post for additional info and a tutorial video showing how to get your PSP Skype-ready.
