PSP Slim AV Cable Images Emerge

If you plan on upgrading to the new slimmed down PSP when it ships next month, the key new feature you’ll probably want to check out most is the added video-out port for displaying PSP content (movies, pictures, games, etc.) on a TV screen. In order to do so, you’ll need the proper cabling, such as the standard PSP AV or Component AV cables Sony has just released images of.

Unfortunately, Sony hasn’t listed any pricing details for the cables yet that I can find, so it’s unclear how much you’ll have to shell out to take advantage of the video-out capabilities. Searching around, Play-Asia.com is the only site I could find even listing the new PSP Slim AV cables, with the Component AVs running $30 (no price listing on the standard AVs). We’ll just have to wait for more info from Sony to see what the pricing will be like here in the US.
