Ragnarok Odyssey Gives PlayStation Vita Another RPG Collector’s Edition

Persona 4 Golden isn’t the only big RPG coming to the PlayStation Vita this fall and Atlus USA isn’t the only publisher doing the job Sony should be doing to help get the Vita flying off store shelves.

Fellow JRPG and niche game publisher, XSEED Games has Ragnarok Odyssey lined up for release in October. It’s an offshoot of the Ragnarok Online universe and is developed by Game Arts, makers of the Grandia and Lunar series, so it’s bound to be a winner. Like Persona 4 Golden, it’ll also now be available in a collector’s edition package.

For just $10 more than the regular edition (that’s $50 compared to $40), Ragnarok Odyssey‘s Mercenary Edition comes bundled up with a soundtrack CD, an art/strategy book called the ‘Mercenary Guide’, and a pack of 10 monster trading cards like those collected in the game itself. Nice, super nice, and super-duper nice!
