2009 has begun and that means we have another year of hundreds of new games to look forward to, and there are indeed a ton of good ones to watch for. Capcom for one has quite the roster of games lined up for the first half of the New Year, as the publisher has outlined today. Six titles are on the docket altogether including the unique puzzle game FLOCK! for PSN, XBLA and PC download (early 2009), Street Fighter IV for PS3, Xbox 360 and PC (February 17th on consoles, PC date still TBD), Dead Rising: Chop Till You Drop for Wii (February 27th), Resident Evil 5 for PS3 and Xbox 360 (March 13th), MotoGP for Wii (mid-March), and Bionic Commando for PS3, Xbox 360 and PC (no date yet, but scheduled for release within first half of ’09).

That’s one impressive lineup. I better hurry up and finish the pile of games I’m still working on from the holiday crush!
