Hopefully you can find something better to play! I have the EU version of Two Worlds II for a preview, and it is so much better than ArcaniA (and better than the original Two Worlds!) … if you can wait for a bit I highly recommend it.

I was considering eventually picking it up on the 360 after playing the demo, but from the review, it sounds like the gameplay resembles a single-person MMORPG.

I will be interested in your take on ArcaniA on the X360. From the earliest stuff I saw starting a couple of years ago it really looked targeted as a ‘console action’ game for fans of stuff like Oblivion. From the controls to the camera and so on it seemed made to work with a controller. It will be interesting to see how that worked out!

I plan to dabble with the Xbox 360 version whenever I can finally pry myself away from New Vegas. Not having any Gothic experience (beyond Risen, which by what you’ve said really is a Gothic game) I’ll probably be able to enjoy it a bit more…as long as it’s not as shoddily ported as games like Divinity II and Two Worlds, that is.
