Nice to go back and enjoy some classics … well, for them, as I have barely touched it 😉

Chocobo’s Dungeon is another good dungeon crawler worth checking out for the Wii. Death penalties aren’t quite as harsh as most rogue-likes, but it’s still a tough game.

Atlus’ Baroque for Wii and PS2 is similar to a rogue-like as well, only with real-time combat rather than turn-based. It has the brutal death penalties and a unique story built around you dying repeatedly.
