Rygar Wii Still Exists, Due Out This December

Great news, Rygar: The Battle of Argus still exists! After mysteriously disappearing for at least a year now (in fact, the last I saw of it was one year ago to this day), the Wii-make of Rygar: The Legendary Adventure from the PS2 has finally resurfaced as part of Tecmo’s holiday lineup unveiling this week. Below you’ll find the latest screenshots and artwork, but before you scroll down and start thumbing through the gallery there are a few key details that need mentioning, the first of which is that The Battle of Argus and its Wii Remote diskarmor action will be on store shelves just in time for Christmas this December. On top of that, the game will also feature a number of exclusive upgrades tailoring the game to its new console, including new enemies, attacks, swinging mechanics and modes like the Gladiator Mode that’s “specially equipped for the versatile swinging movement of the Wii Remote.” If the motion controls work properly this could be a real winner.
