SOE Deals Out PSN Poker This Thursday

One piece of content coming to the the PS3 with this Thursday’s PlayStation Store update is now confirmed with Sony Online Entertainment today announcing the scheduled September 13th PSN launch of High Stakes on the Vegas Strip: Poker Edition. Featuring five different poker games — Texas Hold’em, Super Hold’em, Billabong, Tahoe and Shanghai — online play for up to six players complete with leaderboards, stat-tracking and voice chat, and 1080p HD graphics, High Stakes on the Vegas Strip: Poker Edition will set you back $9.99. That seems maybe a bit pricey for a downloadable poker game, but it is rich with modes and features for the price and does look like the best poker game yet, graphically speaking.
