Frozenbyte’s exquisite-looking platform puzzle game Trine has been picked up by SouthPeak Games for North American publishing on PC. And in accompanying news, Frozenbyte delivered word on the Trine message board yesterday that the PC version will be released by July 10th at the latest, meaning there’s a small chance it could be out sooner but the 10th is the safe bet. Pre-order pages should be popping up on Steam and other digital download services any day now.

As for the PS3 PlayStation Network version, July 9th is the target but there have been some delays with the game going through Sony’s rigorous approval process so Frozenbyte is simply stating that it’ll be out “as soon as possible.”
