Splinter Cell: Conviction’s New Ship Date Set in Stone, Literally

SplinterCellConvictionStone.jpg

Oft-delayed Splinter Cell: Conviction has another new ship date, this one absolutely, positively 100% final with Ubisoft going so far as to engrave the date into a real stone. Per Ubisoft’s magic launch date stone, Splinter Cell: Conviction is now scheduled to ship in North America on April 13th (Europe and Australia get it on April 15th, and UK the 16th).

Honestly, though, I still won’t believe it’s final until April 13th passes and the game really does ship. Sorry to be a pessimist, but the game has been delayed far too many times already and I’m tired of getting my hopes up just to be dashed.
