Square Enix Announces Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster PS4 Ship Date and Pre-order Calendar

Already available on PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita, Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster will make the PlayStation family whole when the PlayStation 4 version drops on May 12th. The return trip to Spira will cost $49.99.

The remastered compilation of Final Fantasy X, Final Fantasy X: Eternal Calm, Final Fantasy X-2, and Final Fantasy X-2: Last Mission will feature Vita remote play, cross-save functionality for transferring progress across all platforms, and, in a new feature just for PS4, the option to switch between the remastered soundtrack and the original PS2 score.

Square Enix has also revealed a desktop calendar featuring illustrations by artist Yoshitaka Amano as an exclusive pre-order bonus for the PS4 version of Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster.
