]]>The third round of downloadable content for Call of Duty: Black Ops is fast on its way, and per usual it will be released first on Xbox 360 via Xbox Live beginning June 28th, with the PC and PS3 versions to follow shortly thereafter.
Annihilation, the name of the third map pack, will contain four new multiplayer maps — Hangar 18, Drive-In, Silo and Hazard — as well as a new Shangri-La map for Zombies mode. The video embedded up top provides a full preview of the new content.
A Double XP weekend will take place starting on Friday, July 1st to celebrate the DLC launch. Expect to have to throw down the standard, inflated price of $15 (1200 MS Points) to add the Annihilation pack to your Black Ops multiplayer arsenal.
