Yeah, I know, it’s been a while. Sorry about that. The holiday season was murder and early 2012 catch-up time has been just as crazy. But finally we’re back, sitting here with a stash of download codes to hand out.

For our first contest of 2012, we have Epic Quest codes to give away. Epic Quest is the new role-playing pinball mash-up table coming out this week for Zen Pinball and Pinball FX2. We’ll have a review flippin’ your way soon.

Here are the contest details:

Prize: 4 PSN codes and 3 XBLA codes for Epic Quest. Epic Quest is DLC requiring Zen Pinball (PSN) or Pinball FX2 (XBLA) to play. DLC valued at $2.49 / 240 MS Points. The PSN codes are for the U.S. PlayStation Store only.

You know, I didn’t think it could be humanly possible for Zen Studios’ pinball games to get any more addictive. Then Zen comes along and unveils Epic Quest.

Seamlessly integrating into Zen Pinball (PSN, iOS, Android) and Pinball FX2 (XBLA), Epic Quest aims to harmoniously combine Zen’s video game pinball wizardry with the obsessive loot hoarding and character leveling of a role-playing game, complimented by just the right amount of tongue-in-cheek humor and RPG parody.

Max is the heroic knight of Epic Quest‘s adventure, overlooking the table from the left side while players attempt to light up ramps and slay monsters. Players will be able to customize his gear with epic loot earned by completing table objectives and, like an RPG, experience points and equipment will carry over from game to game to build a sense of progression.

A specific launch date has not been set in stone, however Zen Studios has confirmed that Epic Quest will be available to download for Zen Pinball and Pinball FX2 sometime before the end of February. Me wants it. Me wants it right NOW!
