It’s time once again to check in with our good friend Strong Bad and see how his Cool Game for Attractive People is coming along. With help from the fine folks at Telltale Games, Strong Bad today discovers his long-lost Snake Boxer V manual, shares a nice greeting with his pal the “pointless wall,” and introduces his friend “the stick.” Take a look:

Oh wait, but there’s more.

Strong Bad has also leaked a super-secret “tech demo” for his game via his dev blog — against the wishes of Telltale of course — showing the engine running at 98%. What’s left to finish in the remaining 2%? Well, Strong Bad hasn’t quite nailed down those tricky fence physics.

Now that WiiWare has officially launched, it’s time to start getting ready for the upcoming launch of Strong Bad’s Cool Game for Attractive People. While an exact release schedule for the five-episode WiiWare and PC downloadable game series still hasn’t been nailed down, the first episode, Homestar Ruiner, is due for release sometime in June, and Telltale Games just delivered the first details of what to expect from the series debut, along with a clip of gameplay footage and some screenshots.

Strong Bad’s Cool Game for Attractive People Episode 1: Homestar Ruiner Synopsis:

The first episode, Homestar Ruiner, kicks off a typical day in the House of Strong, with our hero answering emails, dominating in video games, and setting out to pummel his enemies. Then Strong Bad’s scheme to win the tri-annual Race to the End of the Race lands him with an unwanted guest: his dimwitted adversary, Homestar Runner. Now Strong Bad must find a way to get the disgraced athlete back on the Free Country, USA A-list (and out of his house).
