Tales of Xillia Collector’s Edition is a Real Beaut

Two exciting news bits today from the JRPG world of Tales of Xillia.

First and foremost, Namco Bandai’s latest Tales game is on for an August 6th launch across North America, exclusively for PlayStation 3. Yippee, hurray!

Even better news for collectors, Xillia will be available on that date in a special edition containing an art book, soundtrack CD and a figurine of Milla Maxwell, one of the game’s two heroes who is compelled to save the world of Reize Maxia from mana-draining experiments. What a lovely way to thank fans for patiently waiting two years since the Japanese launch for a localized release.

A bill with the face of Benjamin Franklin on it will be needed to pay for the collector’s edition. If you don’t have that much cash to blow, $60 will be enough to cover the standard edition.
