Man, Telltale Games sure is lining up an impressive roster of licensed properties for ongoing episodic adventure game series. They’ve already got The Walking Dead, The Wolf Among Us, Back to the Future, and Jurassic Park. Now, as revealed during Saturday night’s it’s-probably-a-good-thing-you-didn’t-bother-watching Spike VGX awards show, Telltale has secured deals with HBO and Gearbox Software to develop new episodic series based on Game of Thrones and Borderlands, respectively.

Both Tales from the Borderlands and the Game of Thrones series are scheduled to premiere sometime in 2014 on PC/Mac, mobile devices, and currently unspecified home console platforms. Not much else is being revealed about either series for now, but if you peek below you’ll find the pair of announcement teasers.
