Teslagrad Now Attracting Steam Greenlight Votes

Norwegian indie shop Rain Games is aiming to get its first project, Teslagrad, approved for Steam release via Greenlight.

Currently in invite-only alpha on Desura, Teslagrad is a side-scrolling puzzle platformer that will have gamers navigating a young boy through the non-linear steampunk environments of Tesla Tower, using the electromagnetic powers of Teslamancer technology to defeat old-school bosses and solve increasingly complex conundrums. Magrunner isn’t the only magnetism-based puzzler coming your digital download way this year, folks.

Teslagrad won’t use even a single word of text or spoken dialogue in the telling of its story nor will it clutter the screen with HUD elements or loading screens. Instead the narrative will be delivered through richly detailed and animated hand-drawn visuals and an eclectic soundtrack mixing themes of metal, electric, orchestral and Russian influences.

Sound like your cup of tea? Pop over to Greenlight and show your support with a thumbs-up vote, that way when the game releases this fall you’ll be able to download it on Steam.
