They Bleed Pixels Now Gushing 8-Bit Body Juice on Steam

Spooky Squid’s blood-gushing beat’em up platformer with a gothic flair is making a platform switch. Originally planned as an Xbox Live Indie Game, They Bleed Pixels will now be released only on PC via Steam.

According to comments on the new YouTube trailer (embedded below), the game’s two-man development team didn’t see the game being financially viable on XBLIG based on the current state of the marketplace, so the decision was made to change over to PC, where indie games have proven to be far more successful. If the PC version hits it big, though, Spooky Squid says an Xbox back port is still a possibility.
