Time to stock up on some THQ console titles, folks. Let the Summer Blowout Sale begin!

Until July 6 at at 10:00am PDT, the THQ online shop has a selection of eight games on sale for PS3 and Xbox 360. Here’s how it works: Buy one game, get 30% off; buy two games, get 40% off; buy three games, get 50% off.

Available titles include Bodycount, DiRT 3, F1 2011, Metro 2033, MX vs ATV Alive, Red Faction: Armageddon, Red Faction: Guerrilla and Saints Row 2. I can personally vouch for Guerrilla, and Bodycount is a surprisingly fun bargain bin guilty pleasure, especially if you liked last-gen Criterion FPS Black. I just got Armageddon within the past couple of weeks, but haven’t played enough yet to know whether I like it or not.

I may finally have to pick up a copy of Metro 2033. I’ve really been wanting to play that for a while, now more so than ever with Last Light coming up. Too bad Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine, Darksiders, Saints Row: The Third and de Blob 2 aren’t part of the deal, though. de Blob and Darksiders always deserve more exposure, and I still need to grab Space Marine at some point, just to satisfy my curiosity.

See any games you plan on nabbing?
