More great news to tell you about tonight on the game soundtrack front. In an interview posted to the “Making of” section of the game’s official website, Trine Sound designer and Music Composer, Ari Pulkkinen mentions plans to make the game’s soundtrack available for downloadable purchase via his website at AriTunes.com. Trine is the ““Action/Jump’n’Run” game Frozenbyte has in the works for a June release on PC and PSN, in case you forgot. And if you did forget, shame on you!
But anyway…
Pulkkinen also mentions earlier in the interview that the album consists of 19 tracks and over an hour of music in total. The downloadable soundtrack will be made available “at the same time as the game is released,” also according to the interview.

Interview with Sound Designer Ari Pulkkinen [Trine Official Website]
I think his stuff has always added to the feel of the games I’ve played, so I look forward to this. It has been a good year for game music releases, that is for sure! (Prinny, Ys, Dark Spire)
… and I just re-watched those trailers. Aside from the wonderful music the game just looks FUN!
It’s definitely my most wanted PSN title for this year, edging out Fat Princess.
Hi everybody! Trine Soundtrack is now available! 🙂
Cheers!
Thanks for letting us know, Ari!
A user on the Frozenbyte forums also made some cool CD art in honor of the soundtrack.
