US DualShock 3 Dated, Priced


One final development from Sony’s Destination PlayStation event to let you know about. The long-awaited DualShock 3 wireless PS3 controller has finally been dated and priced for the North American market. The rumble-enabled Sixaxis is do out in April — just in time to meet the force feedback needs of GT5 Prologue — and will retail for $54.99. From the get-go, the DualShock 3 will be compatible with over 100 current PS3 titles, so if you’re itching to go back and play hits like Uncharted, Ratchet & Clank Future, Resistance, Heavenly Sword and MotorStorm with the joyous feeling of controller vibration, don’t worry, there’s isn’t much longer to wait.
