Virtual Console Mondays?

WiiIn an obvious nod to Microsoft’s “Xbox Live Arcade Wednesdays” program, Nintendo has announced its plans to add new Virtual Console titles to the Wii’s Shop Channel every Monday. This weekly program will kick off starting this Monday, December 4th at 9 a.m. Pacific time with the posting of four new games: Donkey Kong Jr. (SNES), Victory Run (TurboGrafx16), Columns (Sega Genesis) and Ristar (Sega Genesis). Donkey Kong Jr. will be priced at 500 Wii Points, Victory Run at 600 WP, and both Columns and Ristar at 800 WP. If every Monday will be this good Nintendo’s Virtual Console will have the Live Arcade trumped in no time.
