Well according to Sony it was nixed because they were seeing so much more demand for the Ratchet & Clank PSP-3000 bundle, but still, having another bundle out there for those of us who already own R&C and are more hardcore techies would’ve been beneficial in the long run I think. That was exactly what I thought … I have downloaded more stuff in the past few weeks since the PS Store came to the PSP than I have ever before. It just makes it so much easier. I remember hearing a quick mention of this along with word about a new feature that’ll let you play offline only PSP games online through a PS3, but I can’t remember where I read it.<\/p>\n

Great feature for sure, though it makes me wonder why Sony just recently canceled their 4GB Memory Stick PSP bundle for the PSP-3000. Promote that with the data install option and I think it’d sell well.
