The fact that he has hit songs and a successful album doesn’t necessarily mean he’s a great singer. It’s just further proof that the current talent in the music industry has become so watered down and average. I mean come on, Britney Spears and Ashlee Simpson have had hit albums and such and neither one has any talent to speak of.<\/p>\n

We can agree on one thing though. Winning American Idol really doesn’t mean anything. Most of the “rejects” have been more successful than the winners. LOL!!! Bucky Covington may not of won American Idol but it’s the best thing that could of happened to him! Bucky has gone on to have three consecutive Top Ten songs off of his very first album, is with a major record label and has a great producer, Mark Miller of the group Sawyer Brown.
