Another story that broke while I was away last week was THQ’s announcement of Supreme Commander: Forged Alliance<\/em>, a standalone follow-up to the epic PC strategy title Supreme Commander<\/em> released earlier in the year. Forged Alliance<\/em> will pick up where the original left off, featuring a brand new single-player campaign telling the next chapter in the franchise’s storyline. The game is set to feature a new faction, a variety of innovative new multiplayer features, and over 100 new units to control. Forged Alliance<\/em> is coming in a hurry too, already set to launch this November.<\/p>\n
