The team over at Infinity Ward has now revealed the Dead Silence multiplayer perk from Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare<\/em>. As you can see in the following gameplay clip, Dead Silence is an ability that will allow you to quietly sneak up on your enemies for quick one-hit kills.
