Sony has done a rather poor overall job of advertising for PlayStation games in recent years, but that doesn’t appear to be a mistake that will be repeated in the marketing push for PlayStation 3 exclusive The Last of Us<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n

In a no-brainer promotional move, Sony will premiere the first-ever TV ad for Naughty Dog’s post-apocalyptic action-adventure game during the season finale of The Walking Dead<\/em>, airing this Sunday, March 31st at 9:00pm on AMC.<\/p>\n

The Walking Dead<\/em>‘s viewership is the perfect target for The Last of Us<\/em> to pull in some new eyeballs beyond those of PlayStation Nation. With a few months still left to go before the June 14 launch, though, Sony will need to find even more ways to engage and attract consumers.<\/p>\n
