Sadly, Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze<\/em> will no longer be shipping this year. During today’s Nintendo Direct presentation, Nintendo confirmed that the next Donkey Kong<\/em> romp has been pushed to February 2014 “in order to deliver the optimum gaming experience for fans.”<\/p>\n

This is the game’s second delay in as many months. Tropical Freeze<\/em> was initially scheduled to release in November<\/a> before pulling a switheroo with Super Mario 3D World<\/em><\/a> to move to a launch in December.
