Nintendo sure is squeezing every last day out of this self-proclaimed Year of Luigi<\/a>. And I mean that quite literally.<\/p>\n

On December 31st, the last day of 2013, Nintendo will release Dr. Luigi<\/em> exclusively for Wii U via the eShop. The $15 alternative to the classic color-coded pill puzzler starring that other Mushroom Kingdom bro will feature a familiar Retro Remedy mode based on the original Dr. Mario<\/em> rules, a new mode with L-shaped pill puzzle pieces, an online multiplayer battle mode with different skill settings and attacks and Wii U Gamepad functionality. <\/p>\n

Sounds like a fun way for Luigi to end his year of finally getting to stand outside of the shadow of his big brother in red.<\/p>\n
