Apparently EA Sports BIG wasn’t a good enough sub-brand for EA’s lighter side of athletic gaming, as EA today announced the start of a brand new sports sub-brand called EA Sports Freestyle, a label dedicated to a “growing, more casual sports gaming audience.” The arcade boxing title FaceBreaker<\/em> will be the first EA Sports Freestyle branded release when it ships in September, with two additional unannounced IPs due out sometime within the next 12 months.<\/p>\n
